As a customer success professional, you will be a trusted advisor for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. You will leverage deep technical expertise and strategic relationship management to drive adoption and long-term success of data security and governance solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Drive Customer Success: Lead the technical and business journey for clients, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from data governance solutions.
- Be a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Provide unparalleled insight, technical domain expertise, and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for clients navigating complex data security and governance challenges throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Orchestrate Implementation Excellence: Guide clients through comprehensive onboarding, use case implementation, and ongoing optimization, ensuring they achieve their defined success criteria and business objectives.
- Champion Customer Value: Proactively monitor client health metrics, drive adoption initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business value to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Influence Product Evolution: Serve as a critical feedback loop, translating client insights and experiences directly back to inform and shape future development priorities.
