Our company is looking for a Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our team.

Sales and Leasing Specialist

The primary focus of this role is the sale and leasing of Commercial, Retail, and Industrial properties. Based in Parramatta, you will be working with an established and successful team to achieve business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leasing and/or sales processes, liaising with vendors, purchasers, lessors, lessees, solicitors, and other parties involved to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Develop effective marketing plans for properties and utilize negotiation skills to drive success and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales/leasing from a residential, commercial, or industrial background is essential.
  • An ambitious and motivated outlook to succeed in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Confident communication skills, including verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong computer literacy and competence with MS Office Suite are necessary for efficient data management and record keeping.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are also required for site visits and property inspections.
