Senior Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

The company is in a high growth phase, having recently secured a significant government contract.

This is a highly ranked role for an experienced commercial property procurement expert requiring sourcing, negotiating and leasing small tenancy commercial properties for existing and future offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing budgets and programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with contract and legislative regulations
  • Representing the company at meetings as required
  • Project managing fit-outs, relocations, upgrades and refurbishments
  • Ensuring lease terms are adhered to
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement processes
  • Supporting and undertaking procurement training and development programmes
  • Establishing and maintaining contract records

Requirements include:

  • 5 years' experience in commercial property management and/or procurement preferably with exposure to both
  • Experience with small tenancy commercial negotiation and leasing (preferred)
  • Confidence using cloud-based property management software
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team across a broad range of stakeholders with established industry contacts
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

You will have a proven track record in negotiating and managing leases and will be able to develop and implement effective procurement processes.
