Senior Commercial Property Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Associate to join our team. As a key member of the property team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property transactions, including reviewing and negotiating sale contracts, leases, and other documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing and negotiating sale contracts, leases, and other documents;
- Providing expert advice on commercial property transactions;
- Working closely with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality results;
- Overseeing the property aspects of major property transactions in all property sectors;
- Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial property law;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills;
- A commercial and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Experience using PEXA and a sound understanding of NSW land registry requirements.
