Defence Delivery Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee and grow a high-performing delivery team within the Major Service Provider framework.
This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering complex Defence projects and programs while fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in line with policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Oversee project performance and ensure successful outcomes while enhancing reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and delivery alignment.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, cost controls, and compliance with governance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to support workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, and development.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to business growth and future bids.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience, ideally in Defence or Defence Industry.
- Background in project management or consulting.
- Security clearance (minimum), with ability to obtain higher level clearance.
