About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a Defence ICT practice within a dynamic consulting firm. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the practice's vision, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to Defence clients.

You will take responsibility for overseeing the development and expansion of the Defence ICT capability, working across established panel arrangements such as the ICTPA. This role requires a balance of practice leadership, client engagement, business development, and direct program delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Defence ICT projects, either consulting or direct. They will also possess demonstrated success in practice or business unit leadership, proven ability to win and deliver work through panel arrangements, strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, NV1/NV2/TSPV clearance, strategic mindset, and willingness to remain close to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of the Defence ICT practice.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders.
  • Oversee delivery of projects, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with panel arrangements such as ICTPA.
  • Help recruit, mentor & develop a high performing team.
  • Contribute to strategy, business development & winning work within Defence and Government.
  • Maintain a balance of leadership responsibilities and hands on delivery.
