Travel Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our APAC team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our global members.

Your primary focus will be on handling leisure travel requests, managing bookings, and providing outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our members and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and experience working with GDS platforms. You should also be proficient in English and have strong problem-solving skills.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional travel experiences by handling leisure travel requests from our global members.
  • Manage bookings for scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flights.
  • Provide outstanding customer service that keeps our members coming back again and again.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A love for the travel industry and a passion for creating memorable journeys.
  • A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with GDS booking platforms and a knack for problem-solving.
Benefits
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
