We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Specialists. As a key player in the premium lifestyle and travel concierge services industry, we offer a unique blend of insider knowledge, cutting-edge technology, and buying power to create unforgettable journeys for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional travel experiences by handling leisure travel requests from our global members.
  • Manage bookings for scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flights with a focus on first and business-class travel.
  • Utilize commercial judgment and expertise with GDS (preferably Amadeus) and job management systems to find the best travel solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service that keeps our members coming back again and again.
Requirements
  • Experience: A proven track record in dedicated flight sales roles within travel agencies, tour operators, or concierge businesses.
  • GDS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with one or more Global Distribution Systems (preferably Amadeus), including complex multi-sector bookings and round-the-world routings from all major global hubs.
  • Travel Knowledge & Passion: Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for various leisure and city destinations, as well as different travel styles.
  • Luxury Travel Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing luxury holidays for affluent clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on details, especially when working under pressure.
  • Customer Commitment: Dedication to customer satisfaction, willingness to go the extra mile, tactful approach, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, committed, with strong initiative and drive.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills for liaising with members and suppliers.
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English.

Working Hours
  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with a start time of either 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
