Job Title: Deli Team Member

Key Position Details:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to fill our Deli Team Member position. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to customers, maintaining high-quality product displays, and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive service to deli customers, fulfilling their requests for fresh meat, poultry, and fish; cold meats and smallgoods; salads and antipasto; ready-to-eat meals and pastries.

  • Ensure displays remain fresh, beautiful, and full, making product recommendations and offering tasters.

  • Aid in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to standard procedures and regulations regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.

  • Maintain ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend, with flexibility to suit individual needs.

  • Exhibit physical fitness for lifting and standing.
