Food Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to fill this key position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the team to receive and organize stock deliveries.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A friendly attitude and excellent communication skills to provide attentive customer service.
- A passion for working with food and people, both colleagues and customers.
- Energy, initiative, and willingness to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- The ability to follow procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
- Ongoing availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. Casual level 1 adults can expect to earn:
$33.19 per hour on weekdays
$39.83 per hour on Saturdays
$46.46 per hour on Sundays
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
