Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Architect to design and implement modern, scalable front-end solutions with a strong focus on UI/UX and usability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement front-end solutions that meet high standards for UI/UX and accessibility
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and bring data visualisations and insights to life
  • Optimise performance and implement best practices in accessibility, maintainability, and code quality
  • Contribute to product design discussions and participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
  • Define and enforce front-end coding standards, architecture, and testing frameworks

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in front-end software development, a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles, and the ability to write clean, well-structured, maintainable code.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Background or interest in data visualisation, genomics, or scientific applications
  • Understanding of API design and system architecture
