\Lead Frontend Architect for AI Platform\

The front-end architecture of our platform needs a leader to drive its evolution. We are looking for an experienced engineer who can design and implement scalable, robust frameworks that empower teams across the organization to build into the AI platform independently.

\About the Role\

  • As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the evolution of our frontend architecture, ensuring it scales seamlessly to support the integration of features across the platform.\
  • You will provide strong technical leadership, shaping best practices and frameworks to enable smooth, efficient integration of front-end capabilities from multiple teams.\
  • Your role will involve hands-on implementation of critical features and fostering collaboration across the organization, positioning the AI platform as a central, accessible hub for innovative user experiences.\
  • You will also be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted technical leader, resolving technical debt and earning credibility through impact.\
  • You will drive critical integration projects from idea to production, introducing the AI platform to new product surfaces including the editor.\
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the AI platform into a unified, accessible platform that meets real user needs.\
  • You will mentor engineers and champion best practices to elevate frontend engineering standards across the group.\
  • You will expand your T-shaped skill set by contributing to backend and machine learning integration as needed.\
  • You will think strategically, connecting your work to company-wide priorities and scaling solutions that move the needle.\
  • You will take ownership and thrive in ambiguity, driving high-impact projects with autonomy and minimal guidance.\
