The Job

The Frontend Platform Manager is responsible for leading the team that owns the design system, component library, build tooling, and platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the frontend platform: Lead the technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure.
  • Driving developer productivity: Build tooling and abstractions that improve the day-to-day experience of frontend engineers.
  • Unifying cross-platform experiences: Collaborate with design and product to ensure consistent, performant experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients.
  • Fostering technical excellence: Champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Supporting teams through change: Guide the organization through architectural migrations or upgrades.
  • Leading and developing the team: Hire, mentor, and support engineers on the Client Platform team.
