Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned senior software development lead to spearhead the technical direction and architecture for our frontend stack. This role will play a pivotal part in defining the roadmap, guiding implementation, and driving innovation across various product platforms.

  • Team Guidance: Mentor and guide a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
  • Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies, approaches, and solutions that future-proof our products and services.
  • Project Management: Oversee major projects, breaking them down into manageable tasks, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Tech Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript, as well as experience with concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Cross-Browser Knowledge: Ability to build experiences that cater to diverse browser environments.
  • Design System: Experience building out experiences on the back of a design system.
  • Impactful Product Changes: Proven track record of shipping impactful product changes and driving business outcomes.
