About the Role
  • Prior experience in a Service/Help Desk position supporting hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and Windows desktop environments is required.
  • Experience administering Office 365 is also necessary.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities are essential.
  • Australian citizenship or residency is mandatory.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction along with excellent communication skills is vital.
Preferred Skills
  • Supporting Mac devices would be beneficial.
  • Experience in administering Azure would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Jira by Atlassian would be helpful.
  • An understanding of the PSPF (Protective Security Policy Framework) would be desirable.
