- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items, and contribute to the development of new recipes and cooking techniques.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
