Customer Value Ambassador

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making. You will work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
- Work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
- Assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions.
- Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
- Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
- Educate members on all the benefits they can access.
About This Role
This is a permanent part-time position, working 27 hours per week (4 days) including some Saturdays on a rotating roster. We reward our people and celebrate their success.
