Our ideal candidate will possess sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, and have strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.



They will be responsible for managing Retirement income streams, Retirement loans, and maintaining the Company's asset register. Additionally, they will assist the Finance Business Partner - Retirement with duties as required to meet the overall Financial and Management objectives of the organisation.



About the Role


  • Preparing monthly journals, including end of month accruals.
  • General ledger accounts reconciled within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintaining Retirement Loan records.


About You


  • Possess a basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as applicable to the role.
  • Have proficient computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google Suite and various in-house databases.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and contribute to the team to foster positive working relationships.
