IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication skills.

The role involves working on-site with clients, installing and configuring computer systems, and resolving technical issues. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

About the Role:

This is a casual position, working on an as-needed basis. You will be required to travel to various locations throughout Melbourne, including the CBD and southeast suburbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
