Seeking a Site Manager with commercial HVAC experience to lead teams and deliver projects safely and efficiently.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their skills in managing complex mechanical services projects, including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of central plant and chiller systems, as well as other mechanical services and installation standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead site teams to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining high safety standards and quality control.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to overcome on-site challenges and improve team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project documentation and safety standards.
  • Report on site performance and progress to senior management while identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing site teams and delivering commercial HVAC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical services, including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licences.
