Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our HVAC projects from initial planning through to final delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing mechanical or HVAC projects, delivering work for Tier I or Tier II commercial builders, and possessing strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and specifications.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects ensuring scope, cost, and time objectives are met.
  • Prepare and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate site activity with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven background in managing mechanical or HVAC projects.
  • Experience delivering work for Tier I or Tier II commercial builders.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and specifications.
