Commercial HVAC Site Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company as a Commercial HVAC Site Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

They will coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery, manage and supervise site teams, provide clear direction, and resolve on-site challenges.

Additionally, they will monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation, report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects;
  • Strong knowledge of central plant and chiller systems, along with other mechanical services and installation standards;
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licences, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
