Expert HVAC Project Leads sought for construction ventures. We are seeking experienced professionals to oversee and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, managing resources and timelines to meet objectives
  • Identify risks and challenges, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers, developing their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex HVAC projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Membership or accreditation with a professional industry body (e.g., AIRAH, HVAC&R Society)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members
