Job Opportunity:

Gifted Learning Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled educator to develop and implement gifted education programs in our mainstream classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and coordinating, with high-level knowledge of gifted education, including identification, differentiation, and 21st Century Skills pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement gifted education programs that cater to the needs of high-achieving students
  • Provide high-standard teaching practice based on 21st Century Skills teaching and learning approaches
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Foster effective communication between teachers, students, and parents to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for professional development and implement strategies to enhance teaching practices
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in gifted education and incorporate new ideas into existing programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching and coordinating with a focus on gifted education
  • High-level knowledge of gifted education, including identification, differentiation, and 21st Century Skills pedagogy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levels of the school
  • Degree in Education or related field, with relevant teaching certification
