**About the Opportunity**

The Gifts in Wills Manager will be pivotal in driving and developing a flourishing bequests portfolio, working directly with individual donors, clinicians, families, and the local community to nurture relationships, manage engagement activities and drive opportunities for support.

This is an exciting time to join the Foundation and be a part of delivering a new and innovative growth plan. In this role you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the portfolio and will be responsible for the growth of the Gifts in Wills and In-Memory programs, while being supported by an invested and collaborative leadership team.

**Responsibilities**
- Development and implementation of Gifts in Wills and In-Memory strategies to increase each program's revenue
- Nurture and manage relationships with confirmed Gifts in Wills donors
- Develop and manage personal relationships with intending, considering and prospect Gifts in Wills donors, managing the bequest pipeline and moves management plans
- Create bespoke and tailored communication plans for all potential donors in this area, delivering a brilliant donor experience
- Implement and track the supporter journey for all existing and new Gifts in Wills supporters
- Develop a marketing and communications strategy to support the Gifts in Wills and In-Memory programs
- Build a program of bequestor events within the hospital and local community to further engage committed and potential supporters
- Provide regular review of the Gifts in Wills and In-Memory programs achievements against set objectives
- Manage estate administration
- Contribute to budget setting, forecasting and reviews
- Engage the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation's Board of Directors and broader hospital staff to leverage their support to solicit Gifts in Wills leads and prospects

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience communicating with Gifts in Wills supporters and/or donors within the not-for-profit sector
- Demonstrable and successful experience in relationship fundraising and a passion for delivering exceptional donor experiences
- The ability to build long standing and committed relationships with donors, from prospect stage through to commitment
- The ability to create meaningful donor journey and stewardship plans
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with deep levels of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Experience delivering results within budget in a not-for-profit environment
- The ability to analyse and prepare budgets and forecasts
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRMs
- Drive and passion to make a positive impact on community health and a willingness to work within the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation values and mission
