Customer Experience Specialist

A key role in driving customer-focused strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Customer Financial Solutions team and banking organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume retail consumer credit or collections within the banking industry, with at least 1 year of experience in financial hardship assistance. Residential lending is highly desirable, as is experience working with offshore providers.

This position requires a customer-first mindset, empathy, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality while delivering results-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing customer experiences within Customer Financial Solutions processes
  • Develop actionable insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and improve customer engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and events, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Undertake root cause analysis for operational and procedural errors and implement appropriate solutions that strengthen risk and operational effectiveness
  • Refine processes and approaches based on feedback and data insights to ensure positive customer outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in a high-volume retail consumer credit or collections environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial hardship assistance
  • Residential lending highly preferable
  • Experience working with offshore providers highly desirable
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy and the ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, collaborative, and able to work autonomously
