This is a unique opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A true generalist HR Business Partner with experience in mining, heavy industry, or construction environments is required. Acquisition experience and competence in using and supporting HRIS systems are also desirable.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and timely human resources support to the business. This includes partnering closely with the broader People & Culture team, employees, and key stakeholders.
You will demonstrate the ability to work in an acquisition environment, interpret policies and procedures, industrial instruments and legislation, and provide accurate and consistent advice.
Additionally, you will need to get involved in the build and testing of HRIS systems, work with the broader HR team to ensure a wide cover of support is available to the business, and act as the day-to-day contact for general HR inquiries.
