Customer Service Representative Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and building relationships, with a focus on selling planned maintenance servicing of equipment to external customers.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for inspecting and quoting damage repairs to hire fleet vehicles, promoting and signing up retail Overhauls and PMP service/maintenance schedules, approaching potential customers to increase customer base and turnover, and visually inspecting and reporting on the condition of customer equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for pursuing Service Department business development opportunities, dealing with customer enquiries, and preparing equipment repair quotations. Additionally, they will liaise with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with services and facilities, provide a central point of contact for customer service, and assist customers to ensure their equipment needs are met and maintained.

Qualifications / Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus and skills, a professional attitude and approach, strong mechanical aptitude or trade qualified, good computer skills with a sound grasp of the Microsoft suite of programs, excellent written and verbal skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
