About the Role:
  • Develop and grow corporate, community, and philanthropic relationships.
  • Lead grant-writing and manage trusts, foundations, and government engagement to secure funding.
  • Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, regular giving, bequests, major gifts, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at networking and donor events to build relationships and secure support.
  • Track and report on fundraising outcomes to inform future strategy and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, or business development, ideally in the not-for-profit or purpose-driven sector.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, reports, and pitches that secure funding.
  • Organised, strategic, and confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Passionate about youth wellbeing and driven by purpose to make a positive impact.
