**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of fundraisers to achieve their daily/weekly targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Recruit new donors in identified locations
  • Promote charity clients' brands through conversations with the public
  • Supervise and train teams of face-to-face fundraisers
  • Stay updated on information, training, work guidelines, principles, policies, and campaigns

**Requirements:**

  • Previous face-to-face fundraising or sales experience (6 months minimum)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication, listening, and social skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
