Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Alumni & Community Engagement Manager on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering engaging events and programs, building relationships with alumni and stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing a calendar of compelling events and programsHosting and networking at events to foster connections and partnershipsBuilding and maintaining relationships through tailored communications and eventsEnsuring accurate and up-to-date records of alumni and stakeholder informationSupporting the Marketing & Communications team in promoting college initiativesTracking and reporting on Alumni news and achievementsProviding administrative support to the Director of Advancement and the Advancement Team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • Very good organisational and administrative skills
