Alumni Relations Role

We are seeking a skilled Alumni Relations Manager to strengthen our lifelong connection with alumni, parents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for engaging alumni and parents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for alumni, building connections locally and globally.
  • Coordinate a vibrant calendar of events, including reunions, mentoring programs and school tours.
  • Support philanthropic initiatives by fostering a culture of giving across the community.
  • Manage communications across digital, print and social channels.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support community initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, brand marketing and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives on time.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
