We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Team Leader who is passionate about working in community and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. At CoM we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile and proactive.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for delivering a variety of services and activities to our senior population at the City of Mandurah Seniors and Community Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing the Centre's day-to-day operations, supervising staff, creating rosters, training team members, scheduling maintenance and works, and optimizing the use of the Seniors Centre facilities and its programs and services for the benefit of the community.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Current Senior First Aid certificate
- Hold a current unrestricted "C-A" (Automatic) or "C-B" (Manual) class national driver's licence
- National Police Clearance
- As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.
**The finer details**
This Level 5 part-time (38 hours per fortnight) contract position (2-year term with possible extension) attracts a pro-rata salary range of $90,690 to $96,605 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
