Employment Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled employment coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal movements to generating contracts and ensuring compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our HR team to deliver high-quality services to employees.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources/admin/compliance roles or within high-volume, transactional environments. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential for this role.
About the Job Responsibilities- Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees across Australia and New Zealand.
- Assist with general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in customer service hotlines on rotating rosters, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
- Previous experience in human resources/admin/compliance roles or high-volume, transactional environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to adapt in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
