Driver Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our operations team as a Driver.

  • Job Description:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of goods from various locations, including donor properties, clothing banks, and stores. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to evaluate and decline items that are not in a resalable condition.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A valid MR licence (essential);
    • Minimum 1 year's driving experience operating a medium rigid vehicle (or equivalent);
    • Relevant license to operate a counterbalance forklift (desirable).

    You will also possess:

    • Demonstrated experience in multi-drop, courier, or furniture removal;
    • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role;
    • Sound verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people;
    • Strong time-management skills, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
