As Product Manager, you will lead strategy and outcomes for reusable AI-enabled automation capabilities that can be adopted with confidence by squads across the bank.
This role requires someone who can set and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled automation capabilities and foundational services. You will also need to convert ambiguous opportunities into validated problems, lean experiments, and shippable increments; instrument and report adoption/value.
You will build reusable orchestration patterns and guardrails that other teams can plug in quickly. Additionally, you will embed responsible AI and governance by design, partnering early with Risk, Security, and Model Governance.
This role involves driving change and enablement with clear playbooks, onboarding, and 'one-to-few → one-to-many' rollouts. You will also lead cross-functional delivery with Design, Engineering, and Data; continuously balance trade-offs and ruthlessly prioritise outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled automation capabilities and foundational services.
- Convert ambiguous opportunities into validated problems, lean experiments, and shippable increments; instrument and report adoption/value.

- End-to-end product ownership of platform/capability products, ideally taken from inception through scaling and continuous improvement.
- Strong AI literacy, including GenAI/LLM use-cases, autonomous orchestration, risk-aware deployment.
- Navigate risk, controls, and governance confidently; baking safety, privacy, and monitoring into roadmaps.
- Excel at influence and change leadership; crafting enablement assets and growing adoption at pace.
- Fluent working with engineers and data teams in cloud-native environments and modern CI/CD.
