We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of automation testers and collaborate with other teams to improve testing efficiency through automation. As an Enterprise-Level Automation Strategist, you will be responsible for defining enterprise-level automation strategies using various tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, TOSCA, HPMC, and UFT. You will work well under pressure without degrading delivery quality and have strong stakeholder management and client interfacing skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation frameworks, experience with CI/CD processes and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket, and industrializing BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.

Job Description

As an Enterprise-Level Automation Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level automation strategies. You will lead our team of automation testers and collaborate with other teams to improve testing efficiency through automation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining enterprise-level automation strategies using various tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, TOSCA, HPMC, and UFT.
  • Leading a team of automation testers to improve testing efficiency through automation.
  • Collaborating with other teams to enhance productivity and quality.

You will work well under pressure without degrading delivery quality and have strong stakeholder management and client interfacing skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation frameworks, experience with CI/CD processes and tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket, and industrializing BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in driving shift left in new ways of working, Agile, and DevOps. They should also have experience in API/Microservices Testing & Automation using Rest Assured, Postman. Knowledge on UI automation tools like Selenium, UFT One, Playwright is also essential. Unit Testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit, mocking solutions, etc. are necessary, as well as collaboration and project management tools: JIRA, Rally, ALM, etc. Source Code Management Tools, Bitbucket, Testing frameworks for REST API – Rest Assured and Postman are also required.
