Data Automation Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in AI or ML, and experience working with cloud-based platforms like AWS and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a collaborative environment that fosters learning and exceptional delivery from your team.
- Design and innovate an advanced data and analytics environment that improves business outcomes aligned to the strategic roadmap.
- Lead your team of automation engineers to achieve mastery through training, mentoring, and encouraging excellence.
- Identify areas of improvement, innovation, and advancement with the MVP and products deployed.
This role requires a strong technical skillset, including expertise in SQL and PL/SQL procedures, data modeling, FinOps, BI & Data Analytics knowledge, Team leadership ability, performance management, and resource planning.
Requirements:- Tertiary Education in Tech with an Engineering & Stats focus.
- Skill & experience in AI or ML, from enterprise level desirable.
- Technological Stack: AWS, Snowflake, EC2, EMR, Aurora, Talend, S3 required.
- Skills in Python & ML frameworks.
- DW expertise, design, and best practice concepts ideation.
