Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a hospitality company.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture, with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support key workforce functions including onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition, and compliance
  • Assist with people and culture initiatives to drive hotel culture and guest experience
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support the People and Culture team
Requirements:
  • Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the profession
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges
