  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement within inventory management processes.
  • System Operations:
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of stock data within Microsoft NAV, ensuring seamless integration across all systems.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to support business decision-making and provide actionable insights.
  • Receiving and Dispatch Support:
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, updating inventory records and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve inventory handling procedures to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain adherence to FIFO practices, optimizing storage and minimizing waste.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, resolving delivery issues, shortages, or quality concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support internal stakeholders by providing accurate and timely stock information, facilitating seamless operations and excellent customer service.
