Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Services Coordinator to join our team at Wheatbelt - Population Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services across the continuum of care and coordinating the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physiotherapy services and programs to the designated communities serviced by the Western Wheatbelt Population Health Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services across the continuum of care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of conditions.
  • Coordinate the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physiotherapy services and programs to meet the needs of the designated communities.
  • Collaborate with the Population Health Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality physiotherapy services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote the delivery of physiotherapy services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to physiotherapy services.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a community or public health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
