The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As the first point of contact for customers at our Esperance branch, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer needs in person, by phone, and email
  • Generate hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
  • Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment using safe loading and unloading procedures
  • Deliver and pick up equipment to and from various site locations
  • Effectively secure freight loads to ensure successful and safe delivery
  • Operate and manoeuvre equipment on and off a tilt tray, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Forklift and HR licence (desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for providing amazing customer experiences
  • General computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Capability and interest to learn and absorb technical information
