Chief Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Creator to join our dynamic learning and development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Responsibilities include assessing and scoping training needs, designing responsive learning solutions, creating engaging digital assets, integrating emerging technologies, and partnering with business units to align training with capability goals.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
- Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
- Demonstrated experience in developing system and role-based training programs
- Experience in designing learning programs aligned with project objectives
