We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the installation of fibre optic cables using ploughing techniques in remote Australia.

About The Role
  • Take charge of on-site operations, planning, reporting, and liaising with supervisors.
  • Direct civil activities including cable hauling, excavation, and equipment operation.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained and lead daily pre-start/toolbox talks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project delivery, quality, and team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and progress reports.
What We're Looking For
  • HR Licence (preferred) & Construction White Card.
  • Experience leading plough crews in fibre installation (Optic Fibre Plough preferred).
  • Strong planning, communication & IT skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and live in a caravan when required.
