Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our retention marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention based on user behavior, segmentation, and journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing retention marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of existing CRM and Loyalty programs to deliver against customer service and retention KPIs.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign or Responsys.
  • Excellent quantitative aptitude and database/CRM expertise.
