Deputy Manager Mortgage Home Loans Job

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team and contribute to our mortgage home loans business. This role involves managing a team of employees, achieving efficiency in assigned geography, and ensuring employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with sources in assigned areas.
  • Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.
  • Identify and empanel channel partners.
  • Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Home Loan Products, at least 1 year of team handling experience, and managerial experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing with an inclination towards sales.
  • Managerial experience required.
