Sales Director

A senior role with a focus on mortgage home loans, responsible for meeting targets and employee retention. The successful candidate will be able to allocate geography to team members, audit and review area mapping progress regularly, manage relationships with all sources in the assigned area, conduct daily joint calls with the team, identify and empanel channel partners, conduct daily team huddles, implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members, and coordinate with credit team regarding loan applications.

• Purpose: Meet team targets, employee retention, and achieve efficiency in assigned geography and sources while motivating the team.
• Area/Geography Mapping:
  • Allocate geography to team members.
  • Audit and review area mapping progress regularly.
• Source Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned area.
• Joint Calls:
  • Conduct daily joint calls with the team.
• Channel Partner Recruitment:
  • Identify and empanel channel partners.
• Team Huddle:
  • Conduct daily team huddles as per process.
• Team Review:
  • Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.
• HSPL Hub Coordination:
  • Coordinate with credit team regarding loan applications.

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing with a focus on sales.
• 5+ years experience in Home Loan Products.
• At least 1 year team handling experience.
• Managerial experience required.
