We are seeking an experienced collision repair estimator to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurate quotes for vehicle repairs.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely. If you are a motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for collision repair, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately quote vehicles for repair, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online
- Process vehicles by conducting arrival inspections, mapping, and imaging
- Manage parts and suppliers to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Hand over completed repairs to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
- Strong commitment to working safely
- Good attitude, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, reliable, hard working, and a team player
