Job Overview

The role of a skilled Spray Painter is to deliver high-quality paintwork on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match colours as required
  • Build and maintain a colour library
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements
  • Buff and denib vehicles
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention
  • Notate any extra paint work required
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas
  • Coach apprentices when required
About You

Applicants should have a strong commitment to working safely, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.

They will need to be able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team, meet strict deadlines, and be reliable, punctual, and hardworking. They will also need to own tools to fulfill the role.

With a minimum of 3 years' experience in the trade, we are looking for a skilled individual who can provide a high level of service to our customers.
