We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Care Professional. This role involves providing assistance to clients in their own homes, helping with daily activities such as household chores, personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.

As a Support Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with your clients and make a positive impact on their lives. You will work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to provide quality care and support.

Key requirements for this role include an Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance for transporting clients. Strong communication skills, resilience, and patience are also essential, as well as proficiency in using smartphone technology and apps.

We offer a comprehensive induction program, including buddy shifts and direct access to a dedicated supervisor for support.
